Once the temperature exceeds the Curie point, the resistivity suddenly increases, causing the current to drop to a stable value, achieving automatic temperature control and constant temperature without the need for additional temperature control circuitry. Moreover, the Curie temperature of the PTC element can be adjusted through formulation to meet different temperature requirements. Zhuohui's PTC heating elements can be manufactured in various shapes and specifications as needed. Common shapes include discs, rectangles (square pieces 5-40*width 5-15*thickness 1.8-3.0MM), and circular pieces (diameter 6-26*thickness 1.8-3.0MM).
